Age Restriction

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $23,000) and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $900).
Privacy Policy
Pfeiffer Wines is committed to protecting and preserving the integrity of any personal information we collect. Pfeiffer Wines is bound by and will always comply fully with the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988. Pfeiffer Wines will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with the Act and this privacy policy. All personal information will be managed confidentially and securely and destroyed appropriately when no longer required. Pfeiffer Wines will not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal information with any third party.
Spam Policy
Pfeiffer Wines is committed to complying with its obligations under the Spam Act 2003 at all times. You are at liberty to unsubscribe from any mailing list to which you have previously subscribed. Ordering Online
Ordering wines via our secure online transaction facility is the quickest and easiest method of purchasing directly from our winery. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $23,000) and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $900). You will be asked to confirm that you are at least 18 years old whenever you place an online order with Pfeiffer Wines. If the order is a gift, you must confirm that the customer placing the order and the person receiving the gift are 18 or over. The customer needs to provide the name and address of the gift recipient.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard via PayPal. We also accept bank deposits. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Security
Pfeiffer Wines want to ensure you that you can purchase with complete confidence online. We have taken every possible measure to give you absolute security and confidence in your dealings with us. When purchasing from Pfeiffer Wines your financial details are passed through a secure server using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your online shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.
Pfeiffer Wines has also enabled FraudGuard – a system which helps to manage fraud by putting a number of checks in place during the transaction process. Each transaction must pass these checks before being approved.
Delivery
Pfeiffer Wines currently uses both Australia Post and Aramex to deliver our wines within Australia. Australia Post and Aramex delivers Monday – Friday, during business hours only. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address within Australia, including post office boxes as an option.
Most of our customers provide us with instructions to leave the wine in a safe place, as this is the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. Please note that is an offence for delivery drivers to deliver alcohol to a person who is intoxicated or at substantial risk of intoxication. Alcohol can only be delivered before 11pm and same day deliveries must not be left unattended.
If the person accepting the delivery is out, it is not a same day delivery, and there is no delivery instructions, a card will be left in the post box or under your door, advising you to collect your wine at your local post office or Aramex depot. Please note that we cannot accept instructions for a carrier to contact you prior to delivery.
We endeavor to despatch all of our wine orders within 48hours of the order being received and the payment details finalised. In some instances the despatch time may be a little longer. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.
Pfeiffer Wines can ship wines to most parts of the world. Shipping and duty charges apply. Please contact us for further details and specific rates. Due to Canadian and US import laws, we are unable to deliver wines to the Northern America. Wines can only be imported into Canada and the United States through a licensed importer.
Insurance
All wine orders are insured against physical loss and damage while in transit. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.
Packaging
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes.
Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty bottle of Pfeiffer wine or we have incorrectly packed your order, please call us at the winery on 02 6033 2805
Breakages Policy
In the event of a breakage prior to delivery, Australia Post or Aramex will notify Pfeiffer Wines and we will re-despatch your wine order. If your wines are delivered damaged, please call us at the winery on 02 6033 2805.
What if a wine or vintage is no longer available?
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to avoid this situation occuring, availability of wines are subject to change without notice. If your order includes a product that is no longer available, we will contact you via the telephone or email to confirm if our suggested replacement is satisfactory.
Errors & Omissions
Every endeavor is made to keep the information shown on our website up to date and current, however Pfeiffer Wines carries no responsibility for its accuracy and/or omissions that may occur from time to time. At our discretion, we may make changes to information we publish at any time without notice.
